2025 O/L Results Released: Re-Scrutiny Applications Open from June 25

COLOMBO (News 1st); The results of the 2025 G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination have been released.

Commissioner General of Examinations, Indika Kumari Liyanage, said that results can be obtained by visiting www.doenets.lk or www.results.exams.gov.lk.

All school and private candidates can visit onlineexams.gov.lk/eic, enter their National Identity Card (NIC) number, and either download or check their result sheets.

The Department of Examinations stated that all school principals can access the onlineexams.gov.lk/eic portal using the username and password provided to their respective schools to download and print the examination results sheets.

Meanwhile, the Department of Examinations mentioned that the acceptance of applications for re-scrutiny will commence on the 25th of June
Accordingly, applications for re-scrutiny can be submitted via the onlineexams.gov.lk/eic portal until the 8th of July

The 2025 G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination was held from February 17th to February 26th of 2026 at 3,547 examination centers.

The total number of candidates who sat for the examination was 451,463. This included 382,249 school candidates and 69,214 private candidates.
