No QR Needed: Farmers to Receive 15-20 Liters of Fuel Per Acre for Plowing and Harvesting

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Department of Agrarian Development has announced the seamless supply of fuel for agricultural purposes. 

Commissioner General of Agrarian Development Dhammika Ranatunga says that accordingly, it has been decided to provide 15 liters per acre for harvesting purposes.

He added that 20 liters will be provided for plowing activities.

Notably, the Commissioner General confirmed that the QR system will not be required for farmers to obtain these fuel supplies.
