Traffic Alert: Katunayake Expressway Lane Towards Colombo Disrupted

COLOMBO (News 1st): Police have warned of traffic disruptions on the Katunayake Expressway towards Colombo following an incident involving a tank believed to contain chemicals.

According to Police, the incident occurred on the section of the expressway between the New Kelani Bridge and the Peliyagoda Interchange.

Authorities stated that a tank containing suspected chemicals had fallen onto the roadway, affecting traffic movement along the Colombo-bound lane.
